Songs of Praise

Don’t forget, all those who love a good sing to the glory of God or who relish the great Christian tradition of ‘hymns’, we have a monthly ‘Songs of Praise’ evening at 6.00 p.m. on the 4^th Sunday of most months. This is an opportunity for anyone and everyone to choose their favourite hymns or have the chance to learn something new. If you want your choice of hymn included you need to let the Dean have it by the previous day (Saturday).

Our next ‘Songs of Praise services are on Sunday 23^rd September when I invite you to choose some thanksgiving hymns as we prepare for Harvest Thanksgiving the following week. On Sunday 28^th October being ‘Sea Sunday’ we shall be inviting hymns which reflect on our life of ‘work’ with of course seafarers in mind.
