Bahrain Palm Cross Productions goes into business again at 10. 30 a.m. on Thursday 29^th January in the Coffee lounge. We need to make 2,000 palm crosses ready to take to the Synod in Cyprus. Its great fun and we all go off for lunch together at the end. We are joined by members of the Canterbury Group so come and met some new friends.

Looking further ahead:

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday when once again I would like to have a Quiet Day in Awali. Also a suggestion has been made that on the Friday before Lent begins (20thFebruary) we have a BBQ in the desert preceded by the usual Friday family service  - watch this space for further details.   

Confirmation: The Bishop will be in Bahrain for the week after Easter and the Confirmation service will take place at 6 p.m. on Sunday 18^th April.. Whether you are an adult or young person aged 10+ and are considering confirmation.(nothing commits you to being confirmed – yet!) then please ensure that you have given your name to The Dean. Confirmation preparation will take place during Lent.

Cathedral Sunday Club (Sunday school) –

We begin again on Sunday 4^th January at 4pm. Come along and bring your friends for an hour of  worship, fun and fellowship. Children aged 10+ welcome and Mums (& dad are welcome to stay with the children
